We now offer Exercise Physiology to Shellharbour and the Illawarra! Exercise Physiology uses exercise as medicine for mental health, chronic health conditions, falls prevention and return to work programs.

Village Physiotherapy Shellharbour is a registered provider for the NDIS. Our Exercise Physiologist can help to support you with your disability by designing an Exercise Program to help manage your conditions and help make activities of daily living a little easier.

Junior Athlete Scholarship Program

What's on offer:

  • Set funding for $500 allowance to be used for Physiotherapy or Exercise Physiology.
  • Educational information nights on various topics including injury and high performance.
  • An initial 1 on 1 assessment including; performance and injury testing; an individualised strength and conditioning program; advice and education session.
  • Discounted consultations once funding allocation is exausted.
  • Regular contact and monitoring with physiotherapist as needed.
  • Coverage of your sporting journey on our social media.

What is required?

  • Actively competing in sport in 2024.
  • Willing to attend educational and performance testing sessions.
